Former Chief Coach of Enyimba International Football Club, David Samson Unuanel, has stated that Sunshine Stars International Football Club are owing him N13.8million reports sportstalkafrica.com.
Unuanel, while speaking during the monthly interactive session with Osun SWAN tagged Osun SWAN Platform, said clubs he has handled before now are owing him over N40million.
“My time at Sunshine was short lived because of interference from the technical director. I had a 3 years contract with Sunshine Stars with a monthly salary of #700, 000, I was paid for only two months and till now they haven’t fulfilled the clause of the contract.”
“I have reported the case to the NFF and LMC and my lawyers are really dealing with the matter because I’m being owe #13.8million. But I am owed over 40million Naira by various Nigerian Clubs over time.”
Speaking on his playing career he noted; “I picked up injury early in my football career. During the 1989 Challenge Cup match in Bauchi, in a match between Rangers Int’l and Niger Tornadoes.”
While speaking with his intending move to manage a team in Zambia and Republic of Benin, the great tactician said that he’s tired of working without getting his dues inspired his decision to wanting him to pitch tent with Zambia side.
“Its time for me to work in other African Countries. By the grace of God, I have offers in Zambia, Cote D’Ivoire, Benin Republic and South Africa. I hope to sign with one of them soon. I was in Zambia recently and I can say they are well organized than us here.”
