Omeruo Set for Eagles Return

Kasimpasa defender Kenneth Omeruo who is on loan to the Turkish side from English Premier League outfit Chelsea is set for eagles return as he is likely to get a call by coach Gernot Rohr.

Rohr has omitted the player from his list for the last three games in the World Cup 2018 Qualifiers, with his last call up coming in the AFCON 2019 Qualifiers tie against South Africa where he was benched for Chidozie Awaziem in the 0-2 loss in Uyo.

The Franco-German coach has consistently maintained that the 24 year old need regular run of games before he can be called back into the team, and with Omeruo recent fine form for Kasimpasa he is set for a recall for the games against Algeria and Argentina.

Nigeria will play Algeria in a dead rubber World Cup 2018 Qualifiers tie on the 10th of November ‎before taking on ‎Argentina in a high profile friendly game on the 14th in Russia.
