Nwosu, Agali, Rufai, hail Mikano over Celebrity spot Kicks

Former graciously gifted Green Eagles captain, Henry Nwosu has hailed Mikano Company for fully involving in the celebrity spot kick which took place at the NPA yard, Eko club surulere, Lagos on last Saturday.
The ex-internationals gave full doses of applaud to Mikano for the event and that they will continue to be involved yearly and make sure it grows bigger and better.
Nwosu further said that Mikano were really happy to be involved in the event which aim is to bring former national ex- stars together.
He stated that the celebrity spot kick tournament will become bigger and popular among former players, who are using the event to revive old memories.
Nwosu, who is also the Local Organising Committee (LOC) head, stated that the players now look forward to the tournament next year. “It is quite delightful that we have a competition that is backed by Mikano which bring together former internationals. It will also help us keep fit and also help to inspire young players too,” he said
He further showered more accolades on Mikano for supporting the event and said the company will continue to thrive in their business.
Victor Agali, who has helped Festac All Stars to the finals of the All-stars tournament, also commended Mikano for backing an event that will help enhance the life of former players in Nigeria.
Meanwhile Former Super Eagles’ great goalkeeper, Peter Rufai, who was in goal for the spot kicks, applauded the initiative and urged that other companies, should emulate the good works of Mikano.
“Mikano has really done well in sponsoring this event and this is really a fantastic one and other companies should emulate the good works Mikano is doing to make our ex- players happy,” he concluded.

Born July 13, 1965, Fred Edoreh hails from Umeh, Isoko South, Delta State. He attended St. John Primary School, Iselegu, Mater Dei Collage Ashaka, St. Patrick’s Grammar School, Asaba for HSC and graduated in English and Literary Studies at Bendel State University, Ekpoma.
