Idowu Praises NPFL Improvements

Executive Chairman, Owner of renowned Nath boys football club of Lagos, Yemi Idowu  has said that he is really impressed with the tremendous improvement of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).

Idowu made this known to sportstalkafrica.com, saying the domestic league is fast growing.

He praised the NPFL that it is vastly improving and very pleasing to everyone.

“I want to say I am happy with the tremendous improvement of the Nigerian League and it’s really great to watch,” he said

“The games are really very competitive and players give their best, I must say I am very happy with what I have seen lately in the domestic league”.

He further said that the league can get to the highest level and compete with other top leagues in the world if we can put in more efforts.

“I believe our domestic league can get better and compete with other top leagues of the world if we can make our facilities better for the players to perform better and do well in African competitions”

“I must commend the people in charge of the League for their good works, but I will like all of us to support them to take the league to another level”

“its quite delightful for our league to have the crowds back, its quite encouraging and good for our football and I want them to keep the good works going and I believe with time we will get to the best level in our League,” he concluded

Born July 13, 1965, Fred Edoreh hails from Umeh, Isoko South, Delta State. He attended St. John Primary School, Iselegu, Mater Dei Collage Ashaka, St. Patrick’s Grammar School, Asaba for HSC and graduated in English and Literary Studies at Bendel State University, Ekpoma.
