Gata leaves Ifeanyi Ubah for Enyimba

Enyimba International Football Club have signed Ismaila Gata from FC Ifeanyi Ubah, sportstalkafrica.com can exclusively report.

The Ilorin born gifted player who can play as a winger and point man joined the Federation Cup champions from Niger Tornadoes six months ago.

Gata was not truly in his elements since his move to Anambra Warriors from Niger Tornadoes.

The former Kwara United and Prime FC striker, has been one of the most dangerous attacker in Nigeria elite league and was among NPFL Stars that went on LA Liga trip to Spain few months ago.

“I am very proud to be here, Enyimba is no doubt the best team in the league and I want to win every competition we enter, both the league and Federation Cup.

“I want to win the League, which is a dream for all footballers. We will do everything we can to help coach Gbenga Ogunbote win trophies,” Gata told sportstalkafrica.com.
