Falconets in high spirit for Morocco clash – Danjuma

Nigeria’s U20 women’s team head coach, Christopher Danjuma has said his team is in high spirit and use all they have in them to edge Morocco when they clash in a crucial FIFA U-20 World cup first leg in Morocco.
Danjuma said his side will work very hard to get a convincing result in Morocco to make the reverse fixture clash in Nigeria a great deal easier.
“Preparations for the crucial clash against Morocco at the weekend are in high gear and the mood among the players is quite high.
“Our main goal in the whole qualifying exercise is to be in France for the World Cup competition proper.
“We always avoid judging other countries by their names as we strongly believe that every other country is developing within their own pace in the round leather game.
“Of course, we quite understand that there are no more minnows in Africa as far as women football are concerned.
“The edge is that we have strong league and experience, they do not have it.
“We hope to leverage and profit maximally from both factors to get a convincing head start in the clash.
“We always give due respect to other teams but we will take seriously the first leg clash then come back home to play with a lot of relaxation.
“The key for us is to be in France, so we will do the needful to achieve our goal,” he concluded
