Bosso rues loss to IfeanyiUbah

IfeanyiUbah FC head coach Ladan Bosso stated that their 2018 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) Match Day 7 fixture was a tough game in which they gave their best.

His side suffered a narrow 0-1 to the home side Lobi Stars Football Club of Makurdi in an encounter which was played on Sunday.

The match took place at the Aper Aku Stadium in Makurdi with midfielder Esosa Igbinoba getting the decisive goal in the 26th minute.

“It was a tough game, but the most important thing is that we have learned from our mistakes.

“Actually, we worked hard for the match. But it was unfortunate it turned out this way,” Bosso said

IfeanyiUbah are now without a win in their last four games as they sit in 16th position on the league standings.

On the other hand, Stars moved a step up to fourth on the log following their home victory.
