2016 CAF BEACH SOCCER: Nigeria beat Egypt

Nigeria began their campaign in the African Nations Beach Soccer competition on a winning note.

The Super Sand Eagles defeated Egypt 3-2 in the second group A game that was played this evening at Eko Atlantic, Victoria Island.

In the tournament’s opening game, Ghana lost 5nil to Cote d’Ivoire

In group Madagascar started their title defence with  9-5 victory over Libya.

Most successful African team, Senegal defeated Morocco 2-1 in North African derby.

Action continue on Wednesday, December 14, as Libya trade tackles with Morocco, 4:15pm.

Egypt versus Ghana 5:30pm

Senegal versus Madagascar  6:45pm as Nigeria versus Cote d’Ivoire’s games closes the action for the day at 8pm.

Born July 13, 1965, Fred Edoreh hails from Umeh, Isoko South, Delta State. He attended St. John Primary School, Iselegu, Mater Dei Collage Ashaka, St. Patrick’s Grammar School, Asaba for HSC and graduated in English and Literary Studies at Bendel State University, Ekpoma.
